We are excited to offer a new opportunity for a Project Manager to join my clients dynamic team. Working closely with the Head of Business Change and Projects, you will be instrumental in planning and delivering major business wide projects and change initiatives. This role is perfect for a proactive individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude, ready to make a significant impact from day one.
Day-to-day of the role:- Project Lifecycle Management: Manage projects from initial proposal through to execution, implementation, and closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Cultural Change Management: Lead initiatives to foster cultural change within the firm, promoting new ways of working and ensuring successful integration of project outcomes.
- ROI Analysis: Perform detailed return on investment analyses for projects, using data to drive decisions and measure performance. Present these findings to stakeholders to highlight the value and impact of initiatives.
- Business Process Coordination: Work across departments to coordinate business process changes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communication: Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the primary contact for project-related inquiries.
- Budget Management: Manage project budgets meticulously to ensure financial efficiency and prevent overruns.
- Proven Project Management experience within a professional services environment, particularly involving cultural change.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of ROI analysis and financial metrics.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Planner, Monday.com, Trello).
- Strong budget management and cost estimation skills.
