This a Project Manager role for an exciting and growing business that’s on a mission to bring clarity, control, and focus to its projects. They have great ideas and ambitious goals, but too often, projects start with enthusiasm and then lose momentum, ultimately costing time, money, and opportunities. We need someone who can step back, see the bigger picture, and prioritise what really matters, without getting caught up in the details.

Your role will be to bring structure and control to projects across different departments, ensuring the right initiatives get the right focus. You’ll assess what’s working (and what’s not), identify priorities, and create a clear, strategic approach to project management. Instead of diving into the nitty-gritty, you’ll keep a high-level view, making sure projects align with business goals and get delivered efficiently.
