Drylining Contracts Manager required in Suffolk

GVR Solutions are currently representing a subcontractor who specialise in Drylining project across the Residential, Commercial, Education and Healthcare sectors. They are looking for a Drylining Contracts Manager to help grow the business, liaise with clients, oversee projects and recruit personnel.

As a Drylining Contracts Manager, you will be:

  • Overseeing and managing projects
  • Attend pre-start & progress meetings with Client and Contractor.
  • Regularly liaising with Quantity Surveyors, Designers, Site managers and production to ensure successful project delivery.  
  • Providing relevant information for a successful project, design information, survey information, budget, time frame, health and safety, procurement schedule and RAMS.
  • Project reporting - risks, solutions, cost, time frames and solutions.
  • Managing project accounts
  • Managing and liaising with Installation teams to make sure labour is sourced correctly, working efficiently, working to time frames and working to health and safety rules.  
  • Overseeing procurement and deliveries.
  • Meeting Clients & Contractors to discuss upcoming project requirements and products.
  • Make sure compliance is implemented throughout the project
  • Liaise with Design teams and internal management to ensure health & safety and Quality Standards
  • Liaise with Client and ensure Client Satisfaction through-out the project

The Drylining Contracts Manager must have/be:

  • A detailed knowledge of Drylining
  • Previous Contract Managerial experience
  • Proven leadership
  • A proven track record of delivery
  • Excellent oral and communication skills
  • A stable employment history
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organised
  • Able to manage multiple projects
