Corporate Transactions Manager- Ipswich
Our client is a one of the largest accountancy firms based in East Anglia. They have offices throughout the region, and they are seeking a Corporate Transactions Manager to join their growing team.
To be considered for this position you must be:
- ACA, ACCA qualified or equivalent
- Corporate Finance experience (company sales, purchases, due diligence, forecasts, valuations etc.)
- Significant post-qualified experience within practice
- Experience of managing staff and a portfolio of clients
- Be proactive in identifying practical solutions to internal and client issues
The role will involve:
- Business sales
- Business acquisitions
- Due diligence reporting
- Valuations
- Strategic planning
