- Liaise with clients and captive managers to develop successful relationships in multiple geographies.
- Work closely and maintain working relationships with key market contacts and the Broking Teams as required.
- Lead and deliver the end-to-end ongoing client service, adhering to standardised policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Adherence to and accountability for completion of all compulsory training and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours.
- Manage and interact with stakeholders across WTW including but not limited to WTW Network offices, Natural Resources locations globally and WTW Strategic Risk Consulting.
- Develop and be involved with strategic initiatives to assist the Client with their short and long-term insurance buying strategies, involving internal and external specialists as required.
- Ability to deliver high levels of client service and have excellent organisational skills.
- Understand the client’s business and their risk management needs and look for efficient and effective solutions to deliver those needs through the provision of ongoing service.
- Ability to build effective relationships, at all levels, with clients, colleagues, captive managers, insurers, and external service providers.
- Manage KPIs/SLAs to ensure Client and WTW targets are met.
- Good communication, negotiation and influencing skills, articulate.
- Experience and willingness to work and adhere to processes and systems to support client service delivery.

- Provide technical, industry and subject matter expertise where required.
- Collaborating and supporting colleagues and key stakeholders as appropriate to the Client account.
- Ability to represent the Client and WTW with integrity and credibility.
