- Organise, coordinate, and administer technical training programs
- Maintain accurate training records in our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Serve as the main contact for training-related inquiries
- Manage participant registrations and follow up with absentees
- Work with trainers to gather feedback and identify improvements
- Support with the design and implementation of new training programs
- Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles, ideally within HR or training
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
