We’re looking for a motivated Training Coordinator to join my clients HR & Training team, responsible for managing and coordinating technical training across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact while working in a supportive, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise, coordinate, and administer technical training programs
  • Maintain accurate training records in our Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Serve as the main contact for training-related inquiries
  • Manage participant registrations and follow up with absentees
  • Work with trainers to gather feedback and identify improvements
  • Support with the design and implementation of new training programs
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles, ideally within HR or training
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
