Our client is a national legal organisation who are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and are dedicated to providing excellent legal advice to a diverse range of individuals, institutions, and executives.   • Inputting claimant data, submitting claims, and managing medical records.
  • Collecting ID documents, liaising with the Central File Opening team, and handling information requests.
  • Updating clients, managing calls, and attending case meetings.
  • Maintaining client files, running management reports.
  • General support duties such as filing and preparing client forms.
Skills and experience required:
  • Previous administration experience is desired.
  • A good telephone manner.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to prioritise workload and remain calm under pressure.
  • Capable of always maintaining client confidentiality.
