- Responsible for the active management of payable amounts on customer accounts spanning all portfolios.
- Responsible for the investigation and reconciliation of unallocated cash for all customers.
- Ensure that all cash received from customers are posted to the ledgers and reconciled
- Answering the telephone, transferring calls and resolving customer and supplier queries.
- Ensure that all debts are considered to be a potential risk to the company and the escalation.
- Involvement in projects and reporting as and when these are agreed with the business.
