NXTGEN is recruiting for a Credit Controller role, where you'll take charge of managing collections and recoveries across a growing debt portfolio. As a Credit Controller, you'll be instrumental in ensuring smooth collections processes and minimizing credit loss. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact as a Credit Controller in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Finance Department to ensure accurate totals and interest charges.
  • Escalate relevant accounts to key stakeholders when needed.
  • Contact customers professionally, ensuring compliance with company policies and protecting the organization's reputation.
  • Take action to mitigate credit loss, preserving value on a case-by-case basis.
  • Manage credit reviews escalated by other departments, taking appropriate actions.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate credit data, identifying early warning signs.
