Responsibilities:
- Generate and provide accurate quotations to potential clients via phone or our website.
- Actively follow up on issued quotations to convert them into active cases.
- Ensure you have all necessary documentation to initiate services.
- Ensure seamless information flow to the internal team.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong overall IT capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Approachable with a friendly demeanour and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
