What We Need From You:
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer care skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks to a high standard
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable with basic IT operating systems
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage vehicle breakdowns, defects, and recalls via phone and email
  • Update VOR and breakdown boards, answer calls, and manage supplier relations
  • Process estimates, ensure SLAs are met, and support colleagues with other tasks as required
