In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, handle order tracking, and provide updates to ensure customer satisfaction. You'll also collaborate with internal departments to maintain smooth operations and assist with administrative tasks as needed. This role is also a temporary to permanent opportunity. 

Key duties include:

• Responding to customer emails in a professional and timely manner.
• Answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer support.
• Tracking orders and communicating status updates to customers.
• Resolving inquiries and issues efficiently.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Assisting with various administrative duties.
