My client based in Ipswich are looking to appoint a Customer Service Executive on 10month FTC basis (Maternity cover) This company have been the leading organisation in their industry for over 50 years, and pride themselves on their great customer service skills.Â
This role involves delivering exceptional support to account managers, colleagues, and customers, contributing to the growth and retention of our customer base, and helping the business achieve its financial targets and goals.
What’s involved?
• To answer inbound customer calls• Support with customer orders via email or telephone• Keep customers updated with their orders and make them away of any delays.• Process customer orders.• Handle customer complaints• Process order amendments, PO numbers etc.• Managing the online ordering systems, with systems such as Click2Order and Email2Order.• Managing customer accounts and creating and updating forecasts accordingly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships.
- Technical competence and understanding of internal ERPÂ and online ordering integration systems.
- Proactive, independent worker with the ability to also work effectively in a team.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in customer service or a similar role is highly desirable.
