Customer Service Coordinator - Export Manifest

Part Time (15 hours - Thursday and Friday), Permanent

We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to work within our Manifesting team.

The successful candidate will work within the Export Customer Service Manifest Team to ensure all Manifests are sent within the deadlines given by our External Stakeholder MSC Geneva/Greece. Excellent communication skills are required, to support both internal and external Customers, answering enquiries quickly and professionally.

  • Analyse specialist pre manifest data
  • Take ownership of your own vessels and ensure chasers are sent in time
  • Resolve Customer enquiries quickly and professionally
  • To understand and work collaboratively with internal departments
  • Work as a team players, contributing ideas for collective improvement
  • Being adaptable, to ensure support can be given to other teams, as/ when required
