Due to their continued success and expansion, our client is currently seeking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service driven, and commercially aware individual to work for a global leading Shipping Company.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and maintaining effective business relationships to exceed customer expectations.
  • Experience gained within the Shipping & Logistics, preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Highly motivated, with drive and determination

The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with customers and clients regarding bookings, and for ensuring that the details of such are captured accurately and in a timely fashion. You will be building strong, corporate working relationships with key clients, whilst ensuring professional and transparent communication at all times.
