Duties and Responsibilities will include Delivering high quality and effective customer service via telephone and email, Assisting customers in placing orders , Processing and checking invoices , you will also be responsible for Liaising directly with our clients couriers and their customer service representatives to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience.
