Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Front-line Support: Provide immediate and precise solutions to customer queries via telephone, email, and online chat.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and diagnose issues, collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex queries, and escalate when necessary.
- Customer Onboarding: Assist the Sales Team by providing telephone-based training to new customers, helping them understand the value of our products and services.
- Customer Engagement: Actively engage with existing customers to collect feedback and ensure they are making the most of our products, offering additional training as needed.
- Record Maintenance: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, manage customer accounts, and process orders.
- Trend Identification: Identify patterns in customer queries and work with the team to enhance efficiency and develop support materials.
Skills and Experience Required
- Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
- IT Proficiency: Highly IT literate with a strong desire to become an expert in our products and services.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex information in clear, straightforward English.
- Problem-Solving: Robust problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to improving customer experiences
