  • Customer Onboarding: Assist the Sales Team by providing telephone-based training to new customers, helping them understand the value of our products and services.
  • Customer Engagement: Actively engage with existing customers to collect feedback and ensure they are making the most of our products, offering additional training as needed.
  • Record Maintenance: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, manage customer accounts, and process orders.
  • Trend Identification: Identify patterns in customer queries and work with the team to enhance efficiency and develop support materials.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • IT Proficiency: Highly IT literate with a strong desire to become an expert in our products and services.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex information in clear, straightforward English.
  • Problem-Solving: Robust problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to improving customer experiences
