Our client, a global leader within the financial services industry, is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Customer Support Executive to strengthen their operations This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that pride themselves on providing a dedicated and trusted service to their customers and clients alike.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Significant experience in a complex customer support role, where providing first-class support is paramount
  • Experience gained from a similar debt advice/support role, or similar position within the financial services industry
  • The ability to handle challenging conversations, whilst remaining empathetic and non-judgmental
  • Display emotional intelligence to identify complex issues overcome barriers
  • Strong emotional resilience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a naturally curious nature

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supporting customers in financial hardship who are no longer able to keep up with lender payments, advising on what support is available to them from their lender and other external agencies
  • Working with customers to achieve the defined goals, recognising where the customer’s circumstances may have changed and adapting when necessary
  • Helping to help minimise the impact on their financial well-being and support them towards an affordable future
  • Ensuring empathy throughout the customer journey to obtain an outcome that is suitable, understood and affordable.
