We are currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic client of ours who specialise in products and materials for the construction industry. They are looking for a proactive, efficient, and hardworking Customer Support Assistant to join their growing team on a FTC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the effective and efficient processing of all sales orders from receipt to dispatch.
- Take ownership of calls to provide rapid and factually correct information or redirect as appropriate.
- Assist in the monitoring of Product stock levels.
- Proactively provide customers and consumers with appropriate support in the delivery of goods and satisfaction of queries and low-level complaints.
- Data entry and updating the bespoke system with accurate details.
Requirements:
- NO previous experience is required as you will be provided full, comprehensive training
- A proactive approach
- Efficient and motivated
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to liaise effectively with both stakeholders and the team
