Customer Support Executive - France

We are working exclusively with Klipspringer to join their Sales & Marketing team as a Customer Support Executive, where you will play a crucial role in both handling incoming customer enquiries and proactively seeking new sales opportunities. This position requires fluency in both French and English, with a preference for native French speakers. You will be based at their head office in Ipswich but may occasionally travel to France for face-to-face client visits.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Reactive Sales Activities (50% of your time):
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, marketing leads, or live chats promptly, ensuring discovery calls occur within an hour of receiving the enquiry.
- Advise on the most suitable product solutions, upselling or cross-selling where possible.
- Assist with new account setups and customer onboarding.
- Prepare and present quotes/proposals via Teams or phone.
- Engage with multiple project stakeholders to maximise sales conversion.
- Progress and close sales opportunities with accuracy and speed.
- Proactive Sales Activities (50% of your time):
- Follow up on completed projects to ensure customer satisfaction, identify further areas of opportunity, and gain new business referrals.
- Contact potential customer accounts in France to build a pipeline of new sales opportunities.
- General Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and provide a consultative sales approach.
- Maintain accurate interaction notes and customer account details in iQ.
- Keep an up-to-date and accurate sales opportunity pipeline.
- Participate in personal and team training to enhance sales and customer contact skills.
- Monitor and report on personal sales results, including customer and market feedback.
- Carry out additional tasks as reasonably requested.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent in French and English; French native speaker preferred.
- Driven with accountability to achieve agreed targets.
- Well-organised with strong planning, prioritisation skills, and high attention to detail.
- Strong customer communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
