We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our clients team. For this role, we are seeking someone who has exceptional customer service and administration skills, to be able to support their clients. This role is crucial in providing exceptional service to customers while ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen ability to analyse customer queries, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry into our systems.
  • Analyse customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members in best practices for customer service.
