Key Responsibilities as an Assistant Store Manager

• Coach and mentor sales team.
• Ensure standards met business wide.
• Monitor KPIs and sales goals.
• Ensure high level of customer service
• Working with marketing to develop local initiatives

Core Experience and Skills

• Experience managing and coaching a sales team
• Come from a similar storage/warehouse/packaging, management background
• Experience with CRM systems
• Experience in consultative or telesales essential
• Bright positive and enthusiastic with the ability to cross over naturally between telesales and real world customer interactions
