Salary- £62,000

The Recruitment Crowd are currently looking for an experienced Registered Nursing Home Manager for a beautful home in Ipswich.

This role could be for you if you have:

  • Previous management experience in a nursing home setting is essential along with the ability to create a compassionate and respectful environment for your staff and residents. A strong commercial acumen is desirable as you will be accountable for the operations and activities within the home.
  • You will be responsible for Overseeing all aspects of the home from quality and governance, retention and recruitment and financial performance, you will have a proven track record of meeting CQC standards and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Previous - Good CQC track record.
  • Longevity in previous roles and a passion for working in care.
  • A registered Nurse with valid PIN is desirable but not essential for this position as you will be supported in the home by a Clinical Deputy Manager.
