Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a well-established electrical and mechanical contractor based in Ipswich, with a reputation for delivering high-quality electrical services across domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors.

They are now looking for an experienced Electrician to join their growing team and help meet the increasing demand for electrical installation and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical rewiring, first fix, and second fix installations.
• Perform EICRs and remedial works as required.
• Install and maintain electrical containment systems (conduit, trunking, cable trays, etc.).
• Work across a variety of sectors including commercial, domestic, and industrial environments.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety standards and complies with the latest regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Essential:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Systems or equivalent.
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  • Proven experience in electrical rewiring, first fix, second fix, and EICRs.
  • Experience in installing electrical containment systems.
  • Full UK driving license.
• Desirable:
  • 2391 or equivalent Testing and Inspection qualification.
