We are seeking a field-based electrician for a permanent role with a specialist electrical contracting firm near Ipswich.
The position involves traveling between sites in East Anglia and assisting in the installation of industrial facilities and equipment.
Candidates should ideally have 18th edition qualifications, though those with 17th edition will be considered, and previous experience is essential.
The salary for this position is approximately £40,000, and benefits include a work van, fuel card, and all necessary PPE and kit provided.
Accommodation and overnight premiums are covered for projects that require travel further away from East Anglia.

We are looking for an electrician for a permanent position for a specialist electrical contracting firm, based in the outskirts of Ipswich.

We are looking for a field-based electrician to travel between sites in East Anglia. Primarily you will be assisting in the installation of industrial facilities & equipment, including setting up control panels, trunking, basic wiring etc.

Ideally you will have 18th edition, but we will consider candidates with 17th. You will be required to work on your own, so previous experience is essential.

Though most of the work is based in East Anglia, from time to time you may be asked to assist on projects further away. As and when this is required, all accommodation is covered & you are paid an overnight premium.
