We are seeking a highly skilled IT Solutions Delivery Specialist to join my client, providing leadership and expertise in the development, design, and optimisation of information technology and systems functions. This role supports company business processes and technical information systems platforms, ensuring efficient operation and uninterrupted IT service.



Day-to-day of the role:

  • Engage in hiring, training, coaching, and development of employees to maximize performance and promote career growth.
  • Accomplish operational and/or functional objectives that support the successful execution of department goals; track, monitor, and report on KPIs and action plans.
  • Manage project budgets, the overall department annual budget, and rolling forecasts, ensuring the business unit meets and/or exceeds key financial and operational commitments.
  • Identify and resolve project issues, ensuring security of data, network access, and backup systems.
  • Build efficient communication channels with stakeholders and within the IT team.
  • Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems.
  • Develop and test user documentation to support system users effectively.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in IT solutions delivery with a full understanding of the area of specialization.
  • Ability to work independently and apply industry practices and solutions to creatively resolve issues.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in hiring, training, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and financial forecasts.
