And due to an increase in work are currently looking for a Senior Ecologist to join their team on a hybrid working basis.

The successful Senior Ecologist will be offered:
- £30,000 - £40,000 Basic (depending on experience)

Senior Ecologist requirements:
- First or second-class degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent
- Full membership of CIEEM with 3 years post-experience
- UK Driving license and access to own car
- Good working knowledge of Office software packages
- Detailed knowledge of UK species and habitat legislation
- Botanical ID skills
- Been involved in EPS mitigation licences and/or hold at least 1 survey licence
- Experience in large, multi-disciplinary projects
- Recognize lowland UK habitat types, and have in-depth knowledge of their ecology and management
??? As a Senior Ecologist, your role will involve the following:
- Manage and take ownership of projects
- Undertake EIA-level ecological reporting and assessment (EcIA)
- Prepare fee proposals for major, and multidisciplinary projects
- Work at the other offices when required
- Work away from home as required to complete site surveys
- Undertake risk assessments as necessary
- Develop the practices of ecology work, particularly in the East Midlands, London and the South-East
