- Lead the planning, management, and execution of all company conferences and events.
- Develop and implement processes to optimise event delivery, ensuring efficiency and budgetary control.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best value for all event-related activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote events and ensure they align with business objectives.
- Oversee event logistics, from venue sourcing to on-the-day execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in event management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale events.
- Strong management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple events simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A degree in Events Management or a related qualification is essential; a Project Management qualification is advantageous.
