This is a true Executive Assistant role in all the best ways. We are looking for someone extraordinary to bring real value to this newly created and exciting role assisting the joint MD's to work effectively and with purpose, to make the most of their time each day within this fabulously successful and growing business.
Of course, there are the normal duties of meeting arrangement, diary management, and handling correspondence, but we are looking for more than this. We want you to be at the core of the business, you will be involved with project management, helping MD's achieve their goals by being proactive, and forward-thinking, ensuring operations run in their absence.
You will create presentations and proactively compile reports and of course, hold key relationships within the business and with customers, there are some very exciting projects already in the offing for 2025!
