Key Responsibilities:
- Managing diaries and scheduling meetings
- Office manangerment expereince
- Handling confidential correspondence and communications
- Organising travel arrangements and preparing itineraries
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Acting as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders
- Taking minutes during key meetings and following up on action points
- Involvment with projects
- PA exerience is essential
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion
