My client is seeking a PA for a 12 months mat leave cover.Based in Ipswich We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support a Executive team.This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Organise travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience Admin experience 
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and handle a variety of tasks with a high level of attention to detail.
