They are experiencing growth and are looking a Personal Assistant to join to help manage 3 Directors.Job Overview: My client are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal and Professional Assistant to support three directors in both personal and professional capacities. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, flexible, and able to handle a variety of tasks, ensuring seamless operations for both personal and work-related matters. The PA will be responsible for managing schedules, correspondence, personal errands, business appointments, and more.Key Responsibilities:Personal Duties:
  • Manage and coordinate personal calendars and appointments, ensuring time management and scheduling efficiency.
  • Organise and oversee travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and transportation.
  • Run personal errands such as online gift purchasing and handling personal correspondence.
  • Oversee household management tasks, including organising services and maintenance as needed.
  • Assist with personal events, such as family gatherings, social events, or parties.
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion and maintain personal files and documents.
  • Manage, plan, and organise personal tasks on behalf of the directors.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying personal and professional needs.
