We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operative to join our clients dynamic team on a temporary ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and dispatch process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently and to the highest standards. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.

Duties

  • Assemble components of products by hand, this can be quite repetitive at times
  • Operate some machinery and equipment if needed, in a safe manner
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the work environment is up to hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and production targets are met

Skills

  • Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

This role is Monday to Friday 8am-5pm working on a temporary ongoing basis with the potential to move to temp to perm for the right candidate.

Please note your own transport is essential due to the location of our client, there are no public transport routes and are not accessible via walking from local towns.
