My client is seeking a financial services company seeking an administrator for a 12 month fixed term contract.

My client isseeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join theirteam as a Financial Services Administrator focusing on Self-Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs). As a key member of theteam, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to clients and assisting in the administration of SIPPs.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle the day-to-day administration of SIPPs, including processing contributions, transfers, and withdrawals.
  • Liaise with clients, financial advisors, and investment providers to ensure efficient and accurate handling of SIPP-related queries and transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of client reports and statements.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices related to SIPPs and financial services.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in financial services administration is not essential.
