Job Purpose
- Support a portfolio of clients, maintaining excellent rapport as their go-to advisor
- Preparation of financial accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
- Deliver corporation and personal tax compliance services
- Work closely with the Client Manager and Partners to support the commercial aspects of portfolio management
- Review accounts files and support the tax planning process
- Mentor junior staff through constructive feedback and knowledge sharing
- Review processes and implementing more efficient ways of service delivery
- Monitor workflow and deliverables to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met
- Support the firm to continue on its trajectory of growth with regular networking and contributing innovative ideas for expansion
- Set an example as a hands-on team player

Job Requirements
- ACCA / ACA qualified or part-qualified
- Qualified by experience also considered
- A minimum of 2 years’ practice experience
- A proven track record of supporting clients
- Previous supervisory experience with good people management skills
- Strong communication skills, written and verbally
- A high level of IT proficiency, with the ability to use MS Office, Xero, QuickBooks and Sage
- A proactive approach to problem solving and a keen eye for detail
- Strong commercial acumen and an enthusiasm to support business growth
- Friendly and professional demeanour, able to inspire a team
- Self-motivated, highly organised and able to work autonomously to meet deadlines
- Able to confidently work closely with Partners
