This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading audit and accounts assignments, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior staff while working within a dynamic and growing practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and leading audit and accounts assignments from planning to completion
  • Reviewing work prepared by junior team members and providing feedback
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and auditing standards
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and add value to clients
Skills & Experience:
  • ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • A minimum of five years' previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
