We are currently looking for a dynamic and driven individual to manage our Ipswich Office. The Office is extremely well established, including a large number of historic relationships, covering a large Geographical area including Suffolk and parts of Essex. Our client base is well established and diverse and the opportunity is significant.
Our Ipswich office in based in the Centre of Ipswich and within a few weeks we will be in a brand new modern office. This role would be to manage a team of 10 specialising across Technology, Construction and Professional Services as well as running your own desk.
As a Manager with a proven track record of running successful teams alongside a 360 desk, you will get the opportunity to shape your business focusing on the professional services market, whilst supporting and developing the team. All with the backing of a global brand, advanced technology and experienced management team.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven track record of billing success within a 360 recruitment position and managing a successful team
- Proven Track record of Success in a management or team leader role.
- Commercial, innovative and ambitious
