NXTGEN is looking for an experienced and ambitious Corporate Finance professional who is looking for their next challenge as a Manager. As the new Corporate Finance Manager, you will join a very successful regional firm, a leader in the Corporate Finance sector, to join their growing team in either their Norwich or Ipswich Office. With the firm excelling in the industry and has an excellent reputation, this is an excellent opportunity to support the Partners in driving forwards the CF team both externally and internally. With the firm leaning more and more into advisory, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional financial solutions to a diverse client base, as well as having a wealth of knowledge and experience within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Corporate Finance projects, providing strategic advice to clients.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, with the values of the firm in mind.

Qualifications:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified with prior experience working within Corporate Finance.
  • Proven track record of leading projects and managing client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
