MacKenzie King are delighted to be recruiting a Corporate Transactions Manager for a prestigious regional Accountancy Practice. Working within the Corporate Finance department you will work with the Partners to actively contribute to the growth and development of the department.

Duties and Responsibilities will include supporting the existing team in a variety of assignments including:

  • Business sales/ acquisitions
  • Due Diligence reporting
  • Valuations
  • Strategic Planning
  • Maintaining up to date understanding of client’s business
  • Maintaining good working relationships with client employees
  • Attending training courses identified to develop both technical and personal skills to keep records for compliance purposes

You will be a qualified accountant with significant post-qualified experience within practice and have experience of managing staff and a portfolio of clients. You will have proven ability to adapt quickly to changing deadlines and priorities and have a “can do” approach. You will ideally have worked within Corporate Finance and be a confident individual who enjoys extending your network.

This role will offer exposure to a high-profile client base, working on interesting and confidential corporate transactions and, if appropriate, an opportunity to study for the CF qualification.
