n opportunity has arisen for a qualified Finance Director with a broad experience in SAP implementation to join a global business on an interim basis. This 6-month contract role is offered on a hybrid working model and you will be spearheading an important business transformation project for the firm. This role is based on a hybrid basis near Ipswich.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct financial forecasting, reporting and operational metrics tracking
- Manage the SAP finance module implementation, encompassing design, testing, and integration of SAP systems
- Facilitate cross-functional collaborations with different teams to implement the SAP system effectively
- Run training sessions and provide essential support to the finance team with the new SAP system
- Use financial modelling and analysis to deliver guidance on business decision-making
- Oversee/Approve financial reporting submissions
- Participate in strategizing discussions on fiscal affairs
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finance Director or similar senior-level position
- Qualified Accountant e.g. ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Finance module implementation
- Exceptional leadership skills and ability to organise
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation competencies
- In-depth analytical ability and knowledge of financial forecasting and corporate finance
