As the Finance Director you will play an essential role in the developing new efficiencies within the finance function and supporting the Managing Director in driving the business forward. You'll be pivotal in the growth of the business, implementing future compliance, controls and strategies.
You will have the autonomy to make the role your own, leading and developing the finance team, directing the strategic financial analysis for future planning and forecasting, as well as working on various projects as the company grows through future acquisitions.
This role requires a dynamic individual looking to make their mark, perhaps in their first FD position. They operate hybrid working, but you'll spend the majority of your 'office' time at the main office in Ipswich, and on occasion you'll also have to have a presence in their 2 other offices, so a degree of travel will be required.
