As the FP&A Manager, you will play a crucial part in helping the organisation achieve its strategic objectives and deliver exceptional value.

The Role

As a FP&A Manager, you will:

  • Manage the month-end process, including reviewing journal entries, coordinating team activities, and preparing the management accounts pack.
  • Lead the annual budget, business plan, and valuation models, while monitoring performance and delivering monthly forecasts.
  • Provide detailed analysis on business performance to senior stakeholders to drive decision-making.
  • Collaborate to enhance financial systems and processes, working closely with internal and external teams.
  • Lead and develop the FP&A team, ensuring they meet objectives and develop professionally

About You

To be successful in this FP&A Manager role, you will have:

  • An ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualification with strong experience in management accounting or business partnering.
  • Proven expertise in financial modelling and budget management.
  • Confidence in working closely with senior leadership teams and presenting financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and a highly analytical approach.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
