The prestigious private school in Suffolk is seeking a Head of Finance to oversee all financial matters, reporting directly to the Head Teacher.
The role includes responsibilities in finance, HR, and IT, with a focus on maintaining and developing financial procedures and systems.
Candidates must be qualified accountants (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The position offers a salary commensurate with experience and provides a 50% discount on school fees.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is preferred for this role.

We are currently recruiting for a Head of Finance to join a prestigious private school in Suffolk.This role directly reports to the Head Teacher, and will be leading on all finance matters for the organisation. Its also offers 50% off school fees!Responsibilities include:

This will be an all-encompassing role to lead on all aspects of finance, HR and IT matters
To lead, maintain and develop the financial procedures and systems
Supporting the Senior Leadership Team and Governors
Developing and implementing policies and procedures
Maintaining a strategic financial plan
Handling budget monitoring, cash management and forecasting

Key Skills:

Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and on own initiative
Managing key stakeholders
