We are delighted to be the exclusive recruitment partner for the appointment of a new Head of Finance, to join IPRS Group.IPRS Group founded in 1995, is an award-winning independent specialist organisation offering a diverse range of clinical products and services to the public and private sectors. They offer hybrid working, with their office in based Claydon, Suffolk.Reporting into the Group CEO, you will be responsible for the day-to-day financial management of the business within the Group.  Responsibilities include:
  • Ownership of the group financial plan focusing on continuous improvements and driving the company forward through financial management and stewardship
  • Leadership and development of the finance department ensuring the company is compliant with strong governance
  • Focused on profit identifying ways to improve margins through focused KPI’s across the business
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Strong stakeholder management and continuous communication of results
  • Develop and nurture a business partnering relationship between the finance team and wider business
  • Responsible for day-to-day business support
  • Ad hoc project work as and when required
Key skills:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with relevant post qualified experience
  • Ability to present to and challenge the board as appropriate
  • Strong technical ability as well as a natural business and commercial acumen
  • You will have a proven track record in driving forward margins and profitability improvements
  • Desire to drive continuous improvement into existing processes
