MacKenzie King are excited to be recruiting an Interim Finance Manager, on a 2-3 month basis, for a financial services business based in Ipswich. As an Interim Finance Manager, you will take responsibility for managing a team and ensuring the accuracy and smooth running of the finance function.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the preparation of accurate and robust financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis.
  • Manage query responses
  • Oversee the Payments in line with servicing agreements with appropriate sign off in accordance with delegated authorities.
  • Manage the preparation of accurate billing reports based upon system data.
  • Manage queries in relation to external audits.
  • Participate in broader financial management, process and control improvements as required.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Experience of financial services organisations is advantageous
  • High level of accuracy and numeracy and knowledge of accounting concepts.
  • A good ability to interpret written, spoken, and numerical data.
  • Attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Aptitude to multitask and be highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
