MacKenzie King are excited to be recruiting an Interim Finance Manager, on a 2-3 month basis, for a financial services business based in Ipswich. As an Interim Finance Manager, you will take responsibility for managing a team and ensuring the accuracy and smooth running of the finance function.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation of accurate and robust financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis.
- Manage query responses
- Oversee the Payments in line with servicing agreements with appropriate sign off in accordance with delegated authorities.
- Manage the preparation of accurate billing reports based upon system data.
- Manage queries in relation to external audits.
- Participate in broader financial management, process and control improvements as required.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Experience of financial services organisations is advantageous
- High level of accuracy and numeracy and knowledge of accounting concepts.
- A good ability to interpret written, spoken, and numerical data.
- Attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Aptitude to multitask and be highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
