Opus People Solutions are looking for a Senior Financial Services Administrator to competently provide administrative support to an independant financial advisor firm in Ipswich.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Comply at all times with the Compliance and Training and Competence Procedures.
  • Comply at all times with the requirements of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, and the FCA Principles & Regulations.
  • Ensure that clients are treated fairly and promptly.
  • Providing administrative support to the Financial Services team to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Providing comprehensive pre and post-meeting support for the Advisors.
  • Ensure full assistance with the preparation of valuation reports and documentation in readiness for client meetings
  • Liaising with clients, providers and third parties.
  • Drafting Suitability Reports.
  • Updating all relevant systems and ensuring correct completion of necessary documents.
  • Create and maintain records and databases with client, financial and other data.
  • Attend client and /or insurer meetings as and when required.
  • Drafting Corporate Suitability Reports.
  • Ensuring timely adherence to any regular submission requirements i.e. monthly pension scheme submissions.
  • Managing enrolments and ensuring clients are compliant with current Auto Enrolment Legislation.
  • Updating and keeping employee records Managing renewal and ongoing maintenance of Group Risk Schemes.
