Job Purpose
- Lead the provision of advisory services for a varied client portfolio
- Work with a wide range of clients, including individuals, partnerships, corporates, and trusts
- Preparation of technical tax advisory work, including reports for internal teams, non-tax stakeholders, and direct to client notes
- Manage complex HMRC enquiries and disclosures with a strong understanding of various UK tax issues
- Review work prepared by junior staff, providing constructive feedback and identifying knowledge gaps
- Work closely across departments to provide guidance on tax matters
- Champion professional development across the team, providing training where needed
- Driving service excellence with a keen eye for detail
- Monitor changes to tax regulations to ensure compliance and identify tax-saving opportunities
- Build strong rapport with clients, providing updates and proactively handling queries

Job Requirements
- ATT or CTA qualified or qualified by extensive experience
- Impressive experience within UK practice
- Highly personable and an excellent communicator, both on paper and in person
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
- Highly organised, with the ability to managing own workload autonomously
- Good at working under pressure to meet deadlines and targets
- Self-motivated, professional and reliable
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel etc
- An enthusiasm to progress within the firm, undertaking continuous professional development
