They are experiencing growth and are looking for two dedicated Financial Administrators to join their dynamic team of 12, which includes six advisors and five administrators.Role Overview:As a Financial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the advisors and ensuring the smooth running of their operations. You will manage various administrative tasks, provide excellent client service, and contribute to the overall success of my client’s practice.Key Responsibilities:
  • Letter of Authority process from start to finish.
  • Meet with Advisers weekly to provide weekly updates for all in-progress work.
  • Complete meeting prep for all client review meetings.
  • Set up ongoing advice packs and send them to clients, post-meeting.
  • Send meeting confirmations for all meetings.
  • Chase Advisers to type up meeting notes.
  • Update our CRM System and complete any actions from meetings.
  • Run client birthday lists to order client gifts and write birthday cards/Christmas cards.
  • Stock order and property check
  • Weekly food shopping
  • Order monthly and quarterly OLWA’s
  • Complete Fund switches
  • Answer telephone calls
  • Deal with clients' queries.
  • Meet and greet all the clients for their appointments, make sure and ensure they have a car parking space in advance; you will do this by putting out a bollard the day before and removing it in time for their arrival.

  • Support with other roles when needed.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a financial services environment is essential; experience with St. James's Place is preferred.
  • Background in banking is also considered.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding client service.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
