Recruit UK are working with an esteemed financial planning firm in Ipswich who are looking to add a Paraplanner to join their team.

This company have had the confidence to challenge conventional practice methods and do things differently. They offer transparency to clients, support and continually help develop their staff professionally.

This multifaceted role will involve collaborating closely with financial planners, creating cashflow forecasts, writing suitability reports and conducting research.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Paraplanner to join an alternative thinking company.

You don't need to have a Diploma Level 4 in Cii but must be able to demonstrate fact finding, researching, writing suitablility reports and making recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on financial products and strategies
  • Prepare detailed reports, including cash flow forecasts and recommendations
  • Assist in the development of financial plans tailored to individual client needs
  • Ensure all client documentation is accurate and compliant
  • Support advisers in client meetings (if required) and manage follow-up actions

Skills and experience required:

  • 3 years plus experience as a paraplanner
  • Level 4 Diploma Preferred but not Essential.
  • Exposure to different software’s, systems and technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
